John’s career in insurance began in 1987 as an agent for Di Febo. John’s aptitude for product and ease with agents and clients was a recipe for success. In 1993 he took on the position of Sales Manager while continuing to excel in personal production. John was promoted to Vice President in 1997 and in 2000 became Executive Vice President. John manages a winning sales team and dynamic customer service department. He maintains Di Febo goals and high standards for reaching the underserved market.

In 1984 Michael began his career in the insurance industry as a MetLife Agent. After years of training and experience, preparations for his own insurance company were underway. Michael started his own company with a strong belief and dedication to serving the first-time buyer (the mortgage market). In 1992 Di Febo and Associates magnified its reach to the underserved by penetrating its service through financial institutions. The company now markets to millions of people who until recently had very few options. Michael operates a highly secure and personalized business while maintaining a one-step-ahead approach to technology and development.
